IT Specialist (Contract)

Job Title: IT Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all ISPs and related issues to ensure 24x7 availability of internet, creating and managing user accounts and permissions, monitoring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VPN/wifi issues, tracking system health and optimizing performance, installing, updating, and managing enterprise software, maintaining system configurations and update logs, providing advanced support for IT issues, and automating routine tasks using scripts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all ISPs and related issues to ensure 24x7 availability of internet
• User & Access Management: Create/manage user accounts and permissions
• Network Support: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN/wifi issues
• Monitoring & Performance: Track system health and optimize performance
• Software Management: Install, update, and manage enterprise software
• Documentation: Maintain system configurations and update logs
• Technical Support: Provide advanced support for IT issues
• Automation: Use scripts (preferably PowerShell/Python) to automate routine tasks

Requirements:

• IT related degree
• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience
• High-level of problem-solving skills
• Proactive and autonomous in completing tasks
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Intermediate+ level of English mandatory
