This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making, turning market data into actionable insights for a company that's revolutionising the online advertising industry. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the online advertising market.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop world-class experiences for our demand management platform as well as enable new Ads Product to advertisers and work with our partners to complete ad delivery. You will work closely with PMs, UX designers and partner teams to design and develop features from concept to release and live operations. Collaborate with teammates in various roles to plan and execute on key deliverables and learn quickly from your peers, projects, and interactions with customers.

The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Technical skills:
- Solid CS fundamentals, strong inclination for architecting at scale.
- Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills.
- Proficient in data driven decision making, ability to build metrics to analyze business impact.
