The Software Developer – Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 role at Porsche Engineering Romania plays a key role in the company's digitalization transformation. Working in a SAFe environment, the role delivers business applications and process automation using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, enabling scalable, data-driven, and AI-ready solutions. By translating business requirements into high-quality digital solutions, the role supports efficient processes, system integration, and innovation across the organization.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), building and enhancing both model-driven and canvas Power Apps, developing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions, implementing business process automation with Power Automate, and supporting data and document migration activities for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
The ideal candidate will have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent education, with at least 2–5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365. They will also have hands-on experience with Power Apps (model-driven and/or canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, as well as a solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and system integrations.
