Senior Product Designer, Domains & Email

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Domains & Email team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end domain and email experience. This involves collaborating with a small team of designers to ensure the domain and email experience is intuitive and empowers customers to manage and optimize their web addresses and emails within the Squarespace ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating rational, elegant solutions to complex problems, thinking holistically about the user journey and product ecosystem.
• Designing usable, creative, and relevant concepts that influence product strategy.
• Leading work from discovery through delivery, guided by research, behavioral data, and user feedback.
• Shaping and elevating the experience through measurable outcomes and continuous iteration.
• Contributing to OKRs, product vision, and roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Ensuring scalability and consistency through close collaboration with Design Systems.
• Rapidly prototyping and testing ideas to validate solutions before implementation.
• Executing with a high level of visual and interaction design craft.

Requirements include:

• 6+ years of experience in end-to-end product design.
• Simplifying complex data into actionable design strategies.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping both large concepts and micro-interactions.
• Strong expertise in visual design fundamentals, including consistency, color, typography, and motion/animation.
• Deep experience with advanced UX methodologies for complex systems.
• Demonstrating a systems-thinking approach when designing and scaling both large concepts and detailed micro-interactions.
• Exceptional storytelling ability to tailor communication for executives, engineers, marketers, and non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about impactful, user-centered design and staying ahead of industry and AI-driven experience trends.
