As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with key customers in Serbia, Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania. You will work closely with distributors to expand our distribution network and identify new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual business plans and targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales position in the lubricants or automotive industry. You should have a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors, as well as experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.

You will be required to travel extensively (75%) and manage a company vehicle.
