The opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Global Creative to lead and elevate Quantexa's creative and brand vision, shaping it into one of the most distinctive and influential voices in enterprise technology. This senior Corporate Marketing leadership role offers the opportunity to drive the creative direction across a fast-growing, global data, analytics, and AI organisation, and to make a tangible impact on how the brand is experienced across every touchpoint.
You'll Be Doing
Brand Strategy & Category Leadership
- Own and evolve Quantexa's global brand strategy aligned to company growth objectives and category leadership ambitions.
- Strengthen positioning of Quantexa as The Context Company and leader in Decision Intelligence.
- Work with product and corporate marketing to translate strategic narratives into clear messaging frameworks across industries and audiences for core go-to-market programs and campaigns.
Creative Direction & Global Execution
- Lead the global creative vision, ensuring consistent, differentiated creative and positioning across digital, content, events, and campaigns.
- Build scalable creative systems that enable product and field marketing teams to execute with speed and quality.
- Oversee brand identity evolution, visual storytelling, and design excellence across all touchpoints.
- Drive innovation in storytelling formats, including interactive content, experiential campaigns, and executive-level narratives.
Brand as a Growth Engine
- Position brand as a strategic lever for pipeline growth, partner influence, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, analyst relations, content, and communications teams to align brand with business outcomes.
- Ensure brand supports key growth initiatives including new market entry, industry verticalization, and ecosystem partnerships.
Global Governance & Enablement
- Establish brand governance frameworks that balance creative excellence with operational scalability.
- Develop toolkits, playbooks, and brand systems enabling consistent execution globally.
- Lead evolution of brand platforms and creative infrastructure (e.g., asset management, design systems, brand portals).
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing global team spanning brand strategy, creative direction, design, and storytelling.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high creative standards.
- Manage agency partnerships and external creative ecosystems.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading global brand and creative functions within enterprise technology, SaaS, or data/AI-driven organisations.
- Proven track record of building distinctive, differentiated brands and shaping category narratives in competitive B2B markets.
- Demonstrated ability to define and scale a cohesive global brand strategy across regions, products, and audiences.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on creative leadership – comfortable setting vision while driving execution.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts (data, analytics, AI, enterprise software) into clear, compelling, and commercially impactful narratives.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying audiences, including CIOs, CDOs, CROs, COOs, and other C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing in-house creative teams and managing external agencies and partners.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, with experience partnering closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, PR/Comms, and Executive Leadership.
- Ability to balance long-term brand building with measurable business impact, including pipeline contribution and market positioning.
- Experience operating in high-growth, scale-up environments where pace, agility, and clarity of message are critical.
- Strong understanding of modern brand performance metrics, creative effectiveness, and global campaign execution.
