Description
The Product Sourcing Engineer drives the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril's product hardware across their lifecycles. This involves collaborating with suppliers and cross-functionally, including engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Key responsibilities include conducting supplier selection, partnering with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development, managing the CAPEX throughout New Product Introduction (NPI), and conducting value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with 1+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement, and development, or design of electronics and/or mechanical devices.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or advanced technical degree, deeper experience in design and development of electronics and/or mechanical devices, and familiarity with developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
The salary range for this role is $99,000-$131,000 USD, with highly competitive equity grants included in the majority of full-time offers.
