We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our growing team in Lexington, MA. As a Quality Technician, you will play a key part in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet high-quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality assurance protocols.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including calibrated equipment, and develop your skills in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and end-of-line inspection to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering to create inspection plans for incoming materials, parts, and assemblies from suppliers and monitor their compliance.
- Execute equipment calibration and material shelf-life verification programs.
- Support Material Review Board processes.
- Support internal and external audits on processes and procedures.
- Review and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity gains, quality improvements, and benefits to Anduril's quality policy.
Requirements:
- Technical or Associate's degree in a related quality/mechanical/aerospace engineering field.
- 3+ years of Quality and/or Manufacturing experience within the Aerospace industry.
- Experience with calibrated equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and CMM.
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge and understanding of dimension and tolerancing.
- Experience with inspection of machined parts and mechanical assemblies.
- Experience with inspection of Electrical and Electronic Components (Power Supplies, PCBs, wire-harnesses).
- Experience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949, or similar QMS standard.
- Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
- Understanding of FAIR, COC, production metrics.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field of study.
- IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 Certification.
- Experience with Manufacturing processes and their related systems (Jira, MES, ERP, Teamcenter, CAD).
- Experience with auditing processes and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with minimal oversight - strong ability to communicate with different cross-functional teams.
