Your tasks will include:

• Developing, further developing, and implementing training and learning formats - from professional qualification to AI-based learning to agile methods such as SAFe.
• Creating and optimizing communication materials (intranet updates, newsletters, presentations) and preparing relevant L&D trends for the team.
• Working on analysis and reporting topics, such as training usage or KPI dashboards, and supporting data-based decisions in the PE.
• Working on various PE projects, preparing meetings, appointments, and documents - including close cooperation with trainers and efficient SharePoint management.

To be well-prepared for your path as a work-study student at MHP, you should have the following qualifications:

• Study in economics, educational science, adult education, vocational and business education, technical pedagogy, or economic psychology or a comparable course of study.
• Passion for the further development of employees through training and digital learning formats, as well as for preparing content in a way that is understandable, appealing, and tailored to the target group. We also appreciate your curiosity about deriving insights from numbers and making the PE more effective.
• Knowledge or first experiences in the HR field, particularly in personnel development, and a secure handling of MS Office 365.
• Your working style is characterized by a high level of self-responsibility, a structured approach, creative thinking, and a strong team spirit.
