Description
As a Software Developer – Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 at Porsche Engineering Romania, you will play a key role in the company's digitalization transformation. Working in a SAFe environment, you will deliver business applications and process automation using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, enabling scalable, data-driven, and AI-ready solutions.
Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). You will build and enhance both model-driven and canvas Power Apps that align with business requirements. Additionally, you will develop and configure Dynamics 365 solutions, working with out-of-the-box capabilities as well as custom extensions.
You will also implement business process automation with Power Automate, including integrations with D365 and external systems. Furthermore, you will design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision making. You will support data and document migration activities for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
You will participate in requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams in a SAFe/Agile environment. You will ensure solution quality, security, performance, and maintainability by following best practices.
You will provide technical input, documentation, and support throughout the solution lifecycle. You will act as a trusted technical contributor for customers and internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent education. You will also need to have at least 2–5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365.
You will need to have hands-on experience with Power Apps (model-driven and/or canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will also need to be experienced in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, whether on-premises or in the cloud.
You will need to have a solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and system integrations. You will also need to have worked with Dynamics 365 integrations and data exchange between systems.
You will need to be familiar with licensing concepts for both the Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You will also need to be able to explain technical solutions in clear, business-friendly language.
You will demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You will speak English fluently, and German is considered an advantage.
You will communicate effectively, collaborate well in teams, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality engineering services to customers.
You are willing to travel when required.
