Description
We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Accor in Providencia, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's reception area during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests/clients at the front desk, providing them with information and assistance throughout their stay.
- Check-in and check-out guests, manage room assignments, and provide them with their keys.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process guest payments, prepare invoices, and manage cash handling.
- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform security procedures and respond to emergency situations.
- Operate computer systems, including Opera Cloud.
Requirements:
- Contract position
- Experience in hospitality industry
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud
