We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Hotel Jequitimar Guarujá Resort e Spa, a high-end hotel located on the coast of São Paulo.
As a Cook, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, presenting rooms and rates based on predetermined parameters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and serving guests and clients via phone and in-person
- Providing general information and clarification about the hotel and its services
- Ensuring compliance with Reception & Front Office procedures and Autocontrol processes
- Updating client information in the system
- Analysing and suggesting new strategies and service differentials for clients
