Finance Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team in Rayong, Thailand. As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for managing labor and overhead actual tracking, forecasting, and budget development. You will also monitor and control spending versus plan and support month-end closing. Additionally, you will work with operations to deliver cost roadmap actions and achieve/exceed targeted efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing labor and overhead actual tracking, forecasting, and budget development
• Monitoring and controlling spending versus plan and supporting month-end closing
• Working with operations to deliver cost roadmap actions and achieving/exceeding targeted efficiency
• Leading weekly cost review with shop on plant cost performance and project tracking and other finance TDM (Time Data Management)
• Maintaining key financial dashboards and reporting and reviewing purchase requisitions and approvals

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or economics
• 3-7 years of working experience in finance
• Financial analysis, budget development, and tracking, cost control/accounting – capitalization
• Experience in finance teams of manufacturing environments, automotive industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Conceptual and analytical skills
• Data analytic and visualization skills (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx)
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Teamwork, multitask management, adaptability, and agility
