About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Copilot Team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from conception to implementation, with a focus on delivering AI-driven user interfaces and performance-optimized applications. You will coordinate technical delivery through sprints, fostering collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. You will also investigate and debug complex performance issues in applications, ensuring optimal user experience and system efficiency.

The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Web and Mobile (iOS/Android) development.
- Expertise in AI technologies applied in software engineering.
