Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner to join the Financial Services vertical of our Large Customer Sales team. In this role, you will lead the strategic direction of our partners' presence on Reddit, securing long-term investment by ensuring some of Canada's largest brands and agencies exceed their business objectives through Reddit's advertising suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Own senior relationships across the Financial Services landscape, leading C-Suite conversations that connect Reddit’s value to our partners' biggest business goals.
  • Drive an intentional strategy for your business, identifying key growth levers through data and industry trends to ensure your efforts are consistently aligned with high-impact opportunities.
  • Run your business and take full ownership of revenue forecasting, client relationship mapping, strategy development, and ensuring operational rigor.
  • Proactively construct upfronts and joint business plans with top clients to secure long-term investment and platform commitment.
  • Deeply understand client business models, priorities, and core objectives to provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice.
  • Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation, instilling confidence and setting all interactions up for success by appropriately setting client expectations and communicating clear next steps.
  • Leverage data from internal and external sources to build compelling, data-driven narratives and high-impact pitch proposals.
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist with partners and at industry events to elevate the platform's presence in the Financial Services vertical.
  • Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to ensure flawless campaign delivery and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
  • Share your industry, client, and product expertise by mentoring and training other team members and uplevel the overall team.
  • Proactively identify and own relevant projects, consistently meeting deadlines for all projects and their required outcomes
  • Build and leverage deep internal relationships cross-functionally to deliver on both client objectives and broader business goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media, sales, or strategic consulting
  • Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise organizations
  • Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives
  • Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising
  • Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies
  • Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets
  • Ability to lead special projects
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
