Description
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to assist the National Key Account Manager (NKAM) in developing, implementing, and tracking Red Bull's sales strategy for major national Off Premise Customers in Kazakhstan.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on leadership role in managing regional key accounts, setting clear expectations and objectives, and delivering on key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Red Bull's commercial strategy at key customers at the regional level
- Assist in designing and implementing National KA strategies
- Develop short and mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy
- Implement regional price strategies and establish customer pricing
- Analyze available data sources to derive customer's growth opportunities
- Plan sales forecasts and prepare trade spend budgets to hit profitability targets
- Conduct yearly negotiations with key customers at the regional level
- Track and adjust volume and profitability targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning customer category strategies
- Report on document turnover with Distribution partners and control budgets
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management and/or Field Force Management, ideally in FMCG/beverage background
- Experience in Category Management is preferred
- Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing/Consumer Marketing is a plus
- Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships
- Strategic ability to develop specific, valuable, innovative, and commercially focused strategies
- Commercial acumen and understanding of sales processes and financial systems
- Analytical skills and negotiation experience
- Presentation skills to provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies
