Sales and Service Advisor

We are seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to join our team in Cuauhtémoc. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for improving the customer experience in our branch by providing excellent service and promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in the branch
• Promote and sell our products and services to existing and potential customers
• Work with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or sales
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday
