We're looking for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Mid-Market team in San Francisco. As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for forming relationships with key brands and ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.
Your core responsibilities will include collaborating with existing clients to deliver Reddit solutions that help achieve their marketing and business goals, identifying areas of additional opportunity within existing client relationships, and creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit.
You will also act as the CEO of your book of business, taking full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor. Additionally, you will communicate feedback on our sales processes, narratives, and products to advocate for customers and improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you will need to proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with clients to drive year-over-year revenue growth. You will also need to have proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives, deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions, and deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
You will also need to have subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising, experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies, demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets, ability to lead special projects, and ability to manage and scale a book of business greater than 20 accounts.
