Description
We are looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to lead technical strategy and enablement for our ecosystem in Singapore. This is a hands-on PreSales builder role. You will be responsible for ensuring our partners are not only articulating Elastic's value but are technically capable of architecting, building, and validating complex solutions.
As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will lead 'deep-dive' technical labs and guide partners through the most challenging phases of technical validation. You will also develop and maintain technical engagement plans (TEPs) for focus partners, establish long-term technical roadmaps at the CTO and Practice Lead level, and collaborate on 'design wins' by developing repeatable technical blueprints.
To succeed in this role, you will need direct, hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (ELK) or similar distributed search/analytics technologies, as well as 8+ years of experience in technical/PreSales roles. You should also have proven ability to design and build technical prototypes, ingest complex datasets, and optimize search/indexing performance.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to build deep relationships with partner pre-sales teams and guide them through the 'how-to' of complex Search AI, Observability, and Security architectures at the configuration level.
