Pricing Analyst

At Valvoline Global Operations, we're looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our team in Bangkok. As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the revenue and GP of Thailand, supporting the organization with sustainable growth, and meeting compliance regulations. You will also be responsible for localizing global policies into daily execution, enhancing dashboards to empower data-driven decisions, and driving practical action plans to contribute towards the OGSM and building blocks of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Govern the pricing process and offer price recommendations (30%)
• Value chain analysis on sell in, sell through, and sell out (20%)
• Operational pricing support (20%)
• Regional pricing dashboard (20%)
• Additional responsibilities (10%)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pricing, marketing, or commercial roles
• Strong analytical skills for research, data analysis, and recommendation development
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and pricing software experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with structure, organization, and discipline
