In compliance with applicable laws, HSBC is committed to employing only those who are authorised to work in the US. As a Global Payment Solutions (GPS) Portfolio Manager, you will support a broad range of client relationships across different value segments and business situations.
You'll be accountable for the end-to-end service experience for an assigned portfolio of clients across the GPS Service value stream. This includes owning query management and day-to-day transactional interactions for your portfolio clients, assessing and selecting the most appropriate options to resolve complex queries, and escalating where required.
You'll also lead client escalations, business-as-usual escalations, and support global/regional client-led projects. Additionally, you'll partner with global and regional stakeholders to manage maintenance requests, client queries, and escalations.
Key qualifications for this role include strong knowledge of global cash management and clearing services, a track record of delivering creative, flexible customer solutions, and the ability to understand a customer's business and the fundamentals of how organisations operate.
