Description
The Customer Response Team, within Revenue Operations & Transformation, plays a crucial role in driving new revenue generation and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
As a Project Manager for due diligence initiated by clients, you will coordinate preparation, execution, and delivery of formal responses. You will foster positive relationships with customers, maintain open and transparent communication with the customer throughout the process, acknowledge receipt of the due diligence request and provide regular updates on progress.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of product solutions and platforms for effective communication
- Ensure that responses are accurate, timely, and comply with company standards
- Track to completion of action items raised during assessments
- Maintain thorough documentation of the entire due diligence response process
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as sales, product, legal, and information security to respond to customer requests
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, leveraging automation, technology, and data analytics where possible
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience
- Robust comprehension of Information/Cyber Security, Risk Management, BIA/BCP, Application Security, Network Security, Incident Response, and Cloud Security
- Proficient in addressing Third Party Risk Assessments and Information Security Assessments
- Foundational knowledge of technology controls
- Exhibiting strong Decision-making and Critical Thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
