As a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team of Solutions Engineers who work with Sales to grow our account base. The team partners with Enterprise Named teams, Customer Success, and Partner organisations to provide the value of Cloudflare products to customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Solutions Engineers who are geographically distributed in the US East Enterprise Named region.
- Work with Sales to grow our account base.
- Partner with Enterprise Named teams, Customer Success, and Partner organisations to provide the value of Cloudflare products to customers and prospects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or another related field or its equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with internet technologies / protocols and / or cloud technologies.
- Minimum 3 year of team lead/team management experience.
- Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities.
- Demonstrated operations and organisation skills implementation and driving best practices with cross-functional organisations.

- Estimated annual salary of $233,000 - $285,000 for New York City, Washington D.C. and Seattle based hires.
