Description
We're looking for a Stagiaire Chef de Secteur Proximité to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing our presence in local Parisian stores (Monop', Franprix, Carrefour City, etc.). You will be the ambassador of our brand, ensuring its visibility and growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Analyzing clients, stores, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth Conducting regular store visits to monitor sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction Managing stock levels, reordering, and preventing stockouts Organizing your store visits to optimize travel time and efficiency Writing comprehensive and structured visit reports Implementing commercial operations in-store Formulating recommendations for product assortment Working with stores on planograms Developing and strengthening relationships with store managers and decision-makers Negotiating promotions and visibility opportunities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy Excellent analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) A degree in commerce, sales, or marketing (Bac +2 to Bac +5) Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or retail is a plus
