Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to customers, resolve technical issues, and perform various tasks related to product support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with D-BOX products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with new technologies and products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with D-BOX products and technologies
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system
  • Familiarity with network protocols and security measures
