We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to customers, resolve technical issues, and perform various tasks related to product support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with D-BOX products
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with new technologies and products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Linux operating system
