Description
A static site position for an Electrical building service engineer to undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment as well as building fabric.
Key accountabilities include carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring standards of workmanship, assisting specialist subcontractors' requirements, and maintaining accurate site records/documentation.
The ideal candidate will have worked or currently be working in a similar Retail/Commercial maintenance environment and be familiar with equipment such as air handling units, emergency lighting, L8 requirements, fire alarm testing, and plumbing.
Essential qualifications include City & Guilds 236/0 & 2330 Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent, 18th Edition IEE, and L8 Awareness.
Desirable qualifications include City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection and Testing), IPAF, and PASMA.
