We are seeking an Analyst – Asset Based Finance to join our Trading department. As an Analyst – Asset Based Finance, you will work directly with Portfolio Managers to evaluate new opportunities for asset-based finance, asset based lending and corporate lending transactions. You will be responsible for financial and cash flow modelling of collateral from a broad spectrum of industries for suitability for asset-oriented facilities.
Key responsibilities include: Preparing internal documentation to evaluate new opportunities, including pre-screens and final approval documentation. Supporting investment team members by gathering data on potential investment opportunities and developing recommendations. Collaborating with team members to develop, enhance and manage investment cash flow models that support scenario analysis and return objectives across a diverse and evolving set of asset classes. Drafting sections of investment memos and compiling reporting materials under supervision. Actively monitoring existing investments in the portfolio; helping track portfolio performance metrics and gathering data on trends for team review. Creating models for internal deal analysis and tracking. Supporting due diligence processes by collecting and organising relevant information. Supporting deal execution processes and post-closing workstreams.

Qualifications include: 3+ years direct experience in corporate credit, asset based lending or asset based finance. Familiarity with asset-based finance, asset based lending across broad industries, including specific sector risks and nuances. Cash Flow modelling and Financial modelling skills.
