Senior Credit Underwriting Analyst

The word 'credit' is derived from the Latin verb meaning, 'one believes'. As a Senior Credit Underwriting Analyst, you will join a team of lending experts with experience spanning unsecured cards to secured commercial credit. You will help shape our Working Capital loan product designed for eCommerce, software, and managed services companies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Underwriting loan applications independently: analyzing quantitative and qualitative data across eCommerce, SaaS, and SMB borrowers.
• Owning the customer-facing deal motion: leading diligence calls with prospective borrowers, co-piloting active negotiations with AEs, providing real-time eligibility and structuring guidance, and supporting the sales team on complex or competitive applications from first touch through close.
• Monitoring portfolio health: supporting ongoing covenant monitoring, delinquency tracking, and portfolio review processes.
• Contributing to credit standards: supporting drafting and refinement of underwriting guidelines, risk rating frameworks, and policy documentation.
• Working cross-functionally: partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to improve the underwriting process, customer experience, and credit infrastructure.

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of credit or underwriting experience in Fintech, SMB, or commercial lending, with meaningful customer-facing experience. You should have strong credit fundamentals, direct deal experience, and a builder mindset. Cross-functional fluency and exposure to regulated lending or institutional credit frameworks are a plus.
