Description
You will lead legal execution for the distributed component of Anthropic's compute strategy, focusing on colocation agreements, network connectivity, and datacenter services. You will work closely with compute transaction managers to secure capacity through third-party facilities and emerging providers.
Key responsibilities include negotiating colocation and services agreements, structuring neocloud capacity arrangements, managing network and interconnection agreements, and building relationships with outside counsel teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need a JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar, along with at least 8 years of relevant legal experience. You should have experience negotiating colocation MSAs, interconnection agreements, or fiber/transit contracts, and be familiar with emerging provider relationships.
Strong candidates may have in-house experience at datacenter providers or network infrastructure companies, background at large technology companies, or law firm experience at practices with infrastructure or telecom specialization.
The annual compensation range for this role is $265,000-$320,000 USD.
