Opening. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

What you'll do

As a Kundenempfang/Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met.

• You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming our customers, answering their queries and providing them with information about our products and services.
• You will be responsible for managing our customer database and ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and updated.
