Production Associate, Drones

As a Production Associate, you will join our Drones team in Santa Ana, CA. The Production Associate is responsible for managing inventory, assisting with coordinating material flow, and supporting the production process to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies. The right person for this role can demonstrate strong ownership and ability to solve operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. This person will be flexible to provide support wherever needed to ensure parts are restocked on the production floor.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working across the production floor to make sure parts are stocked and available when needed
• Identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product
• Ensuring orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed
• Completing cycle counts and conducting all activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority
• Maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signaling machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks
• Couriers inventory as needed between Anduril's sites in Irvine, Santa Ana, and Costa Mesa
• Expediting flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules

Required qualifications include:

• 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to be onsite, local to Irvine, CA, Santa Ana, CA, and Costa Mesa, CA
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
