- Abrechnung and Rechnungserstellung von internen und externen Serviceaufträgen nach Herstellervorgaben
- Erstellung von Gutschriften und Stornos
- Versicherungsabwicklung inkl. Kommunikation
- Abrechnung and Rechnungstellung von Garantieaufträgen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Serviceberatern und Werkstattleitern bei der Rechnungserstellung
- Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Richtlinien und Standards
- Pflege von Kunden- und Fahrzeugdaten
