Description
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a core technical contributor on the Business Systems team. This role is responsible for configuring, automating, and continuously optimising Omada's Salesforce ecosystem to support business operations.
The Senior Salesforce Administrator partners with business systems analysts, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and maintain scalable, high-quality solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
This role serves as a platform subject matter expert, owning Salesforce configuration standards, advanced automation, and technical escalations.
Success in this role requires strong technical depth in Salesforce administration and automation, knowledge of platform best practices, and effective collaboration in a sprint-based, cross-functional environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and security settings to support evolving business processes and uphold platform configuration standards.
- Designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen, subflows, and scheduled) to automate and streamline workflows, establishing reusable, scalable automation patterns.
- Evaluating business and functional requirements and determining the appropriate automation approach in partnership with analysts and developers.
- Partnering closely with developers on solutions that combine declarative configuration and programmatic components, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices and configuration impacts.
- Supporting sprint-based delivery, including build, test, deployment, and post-release validation activities.
- Performing data loads, data updates, and ongoing data quality maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Serving as a primary escalation point to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues and user requests, coordinating with analysts and developers as needed.
- Defining and maintaining documentation, standards, and continuous improvement practices for the Salesforce platform and related processes.
Bonus points for experience partnering closely with Salesforce developers on solutions that combine declarative and programmatic components, mentoring or providing guidance to other administrators, analysts, or power users on Salesforce configuration and best practices, working in Agile or other sprint-based delivery models, configuring or applying Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein/Agentforce) to improve business workflows and user experience, and experience in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated environments.
