Testeurs linguistiques de jeux vidéo chinois

We are seeking native Chinese speakers to join our team of linguistic testers for video games. As a linguistic tester, you will be responsible for correcting texts and contents of video games, verifying the consistency of texts, and proposing changes where necessary. You will also write error reports, perform minor and simple translations, and verify that subtitles correspond to audio tracks.

Requirements:

• Master of English and Simplified Chinese (spoken and written)
• Live in the Montreal region
• Be available to work from home or in the office according to project requirements
• Be a Canadian citizen, resident permanent, possess an open work permit, a work-holiday visa, or be in the process of a work permit application
• Have the ability to juggle multiple tasks while managing time efficiently
• Be comfortable with digital technologies (computers, game consoles, touch screens)
• Show interest in the video game industry
• Possess experience in a relevant field or related to video games (an asset)
• Have experience in a similar position (an asset)

• $19.15/hour (bonus of +$2.50/hour after 19 hours)
