Praktikum Gesamtfahrzeugabsicherung Thermodynamik

As a member of our team, you will workoppins with us to develop and implement the best solutions for the entire vehicle. Your focus will be on the thermal behavior of all systems in interaction and you will be responsible for end-to-end system-wide verification of the best solution for the entire vehicle. You will lead the simulation, hybrid, and physical testing of all thermodynamically relevant load cases in our climate wind tunnel or on the road.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing verification concepts and plans for ongoing vehicle projects
• Coordinating and planning vehicle preparations prior to comprehensive vehicle verifications
• Evaluating test data from various thermodynamic test cases and presenting the results to the team
• Developing new verification methods or adapting existing ones to new boundary conditions
• Comparing different verification methods for the verification of thermodynamically driven requirements
• Conducting verification scopes with experts and sometimes independently across all methods: in simulation, in the climate wind tunnel, and in the vehicle
• Supporting the project team in creating reports and presentation materials for project status to decision-makers and committees

The position is available from May and will last for 5-6 months.
