Our team is looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Power Unit Financial Regulations team in Neuburg, Germany. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Power Unit Financial Regulations and serving as the primary point of contact for all questions regarding the handling of the regulations and FIA auditors.
Key responsibilities include: Analysis and assessment of requirements arising from the Power Unit Financial Regulations Continuous monitoring of regulatory developments and clear communication of changes to relevant stakeholders Conceptualization, organization, and execution of training sessions and workshops on regulatory and technical topics Preparation of technical concepts, guidelines, and internal policies to ensure compliance Professional consulting and support for business units in implementing regulatory requirements Analysis and preparation of data for management reports and ad-hoc requests Active contribution to the further development of internal processes, structures, and documentation standards Support in the preparation and execution of external audits
Requirements include: Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, along with solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and HGB) Several years of professional experience, ideally in auditing or management consulting Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and a solution-oriented working style Strong communication skills and assertiveness High level of motivation, initiative, and sense of responsibility Ability to present complex topics in an understandable manner Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders Very good command of English and basic knowledge of the German language
