About the Role
As an Analytical Lead, you will generate insights and recommendations that directly benefit our clients, enhancing their business performance and opening up new investment avenues on our Microsoft Advertising platform. Your role involves synthesizing industry knowledge, digital marketing expertise, and advanced analytical methods to craft compelling data stories that sway decision-makers using visualizations and narrative techniques. You should possess solid analytical, problem-solving, and consulting abilities, along with a proactive, challenging mindset and excellent partnership management skills.
Accountabilities
- Conduct in-depth market research across cinema and simulation sectors, identifying emerging trends, competitive threats, and partnership opportunities that directly inform the company's quarterly strategic planning sessions
- Develop elements of internal and client-facing presentations that tell stories of analyses, reports, data visualizations, self-service platforms, key performance metrics, and talking points
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience
Technical skills:
- 2+ years experience using tools such as PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, R, SQL for data manipulation and visualization on large datasets
Personal attributes:
- Dynamic and creative critical thinking skills, with an ability to think outside of the box
