Description
The Global Shipping & Receiving Specialist supports daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations. This role is responsible for preparing shipments, receiving incoming goods, and ensuring materials are properly tracked and handled.
Key responsibilities include: Preparing and processing outbound shipments using carriers such as FedEx and UPS Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting for accuracy and damage, and logging materials Labeling, packing, and staging materials for domestic and international shipments Maintaining organisation of the warehouse and storage areas Assisting with inventory tracking and cycle counts as needed Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely shipment of parts and equipment Following all safety procedures when handling materials and equipment
Work Environment: This role operates in a warehouse and shipping environment and may require lifting, standing, and working around equipment on a daily basis.
