Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at Saronic Technologies. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and managing a team of direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend all production meetings and safety meetings, and conduct all shift meetings as required.
• Review and authorize proper time records for all employees on the shift.
• Assist the Production Manager in reviewing shift operations and making recommendations relative to changes in operations, staffing, equipment, and procedures.
• Maintain proper administrative records, including time cards, foreman's daily reports, and safety records.
• Ensure proper operation of tools and equipment by direct reports.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and sketches to understand the specifications of a project.
• Plan system layouts, installation, or repair per specifications.
• Read manufacturer documentation to determine how to install and integrate major ship equipment.

Requirements:

• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work aloft (on scaffold or on manlifts) and in confined spaces.
• On-site training is provided.
