Join Anduril AIRS, a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance cooled infrared cameras and components. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design and development of advanced complex electro-mechanical systems, structural components, and electronic packaging.
As a Mechanical Engineer at Anduril AIRS, you will own hardware from concept generation to real-world use. You will utilise first principles physics as a basis for all decisions, build prototypes, analyse failures, and transition successful projects into production. You will also support critical hardware demonstrations with customers as needed, contribute to the development of new optical systems, and design and document fixturing for prototyping and production efforts.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, experience in mechanical design, hardware development, or integrated product development and testing, proficiency in industry-standard CAD software, and demonstrated ability to create high-quality engineering drawings that meet industry standards.
US Salary Range $85,000-$112,000 USD.
