Microsoft Advertising are looking for a talented Sr Account Executive(Advertising) at their Beijing office. This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making, turning market data into actionable insights for a company that's revolutionising digital advertising technology. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the global advertising market.
About the Role
As an Account Executive (AE) in Microsoft Advertising, you will enable Microsoft to better serve strategic customers by applying customer obsession to what clients care about and need, ensuring our Microsoft Advertising story is valued and understood, and acting to build successful, long-term relationships. This opportunity will allow you to play a central role in the execution of the sales strategy of Microsoft Advertising’s Search, Display, Native, CTV and Gaming solutions. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships anchored on connections with C-level executives and Business and Technical Decision Makers in customers’ organizations as well as develop quality customer plans, laying out revenue and customer satisfaction growth strategies. Your success is measured by specific success indicators focused on driving adoption, emphasizing customer experience and optimizing opportunities. You will perform your role with execution excellence to drive client success, business results as well as both revenue and customer satisfaction across MSA’s media and Adtech solutions.
Accountabilities
- Sell Microsoft’s media and buy-side technology products and will drive outcomes through a variety of transaction types and technology platforms.
- Develop, lead and execute MSA sales strategy & priorities to enable client growth of existing and new products.
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 9+ years experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising OR Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising OR equivalent experience
Technical skills:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
