About the Role
This role turns complex data models into clear, intuitive reporting that leaders can understand at a glance. You'll build and maintain analytics products, pull and shape data across sources, and partner closely with senior colleagues to support high-quality insights and decision making. As a Sales Operations Data Analyst in Microsoft Advertising, you will build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reporting that turn complex data models into clear, usable insights.
Accountabilities
- Own the design, development, and ongoing management of executive dashboards and reports.
- Build durable analytics products by understanding business priorities, integrating data across sources, and contributing to analytical frameworks that enable executive decision-making.
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
Technical skills:
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
- 3+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., experience with SQL and Power BI)
