Internship for Customer Success Team - Implementation Engineer

We're looking for an intern to join our Customer Success Team as an Implementation Engineer. As an Implementation Engineer, you will work closely with our implementation partners to design, build, and deploy complex integrations for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Exposure to programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, bash, PowerShell, and C#
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Collaborate with implementation partners to design, build, and deploy complex integrations
• Assist with proof of concepts for strategic and enterprise customers
• Work side-by-side with customers to establish partnerships and strategic relationships
• Analyze and audit existing Helpshift implementations for the purpose of making improvements
• Become an expert at using Helpshift's administrative tools
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, other Services teams, and Sales to ensure customers' overall success with the product

Requirements:

• Exposure to any of the following programming languages: Python, Go, C#, Node.js, PowerShell
• Familiarity with technical SaaS concepts such as SDKs, APIs, and cloud computing
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in the entire G-Suite and ability to perform data analysis tasks
• Curiosity about complex systems and a natural problem-solving ability
