Description
We're looking for a sharp, resourceful IT Specialist to own day-to-day technology operations across the company. You'll be the go-to person for hardware, software, access management, and internal tooling , keeping a distributed team running smoothly and securely.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, and plenty of room to grow. As an IT Specialist, you'll manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, maintain device inventory, administer SaaS tools, and support IT security initiatives.
You'll work closely with Finance and HR on procurement, software renewals, and budget tracking for IT spend. You'll also identify gaps in our tooling or workflows and propose practical improvements.
We're looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role. You should have a solid working knowledge of macOS and Windows environments, as well as hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
You'll be comfortable working independently in a remote-first, async environment and have strong troubleshooting instincts. You'll also have clear written communication skills and be able to document your work for a non-technical audience.
Experience at a fast-growing startup or fintech company is a plus, but not required.
