Description
At MLT, we're looking for a detail-oriented and relationship-driven team player to support campus-based and regional outreach efforts. As the Manager, Undergrad Recruitment, you will cultivate relationships with university stakeholders and local partners, and enhance MLT's visibility within targeted markets through events, workshops, and community engagement.
Your primary responsibilities will include executing targeted campus recruitment strategies, building and maintaining relationships with university faculty, student organizations, and community-based partners, and representing MLT at campus events and info sessions.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in undergraduate recruitment, admissions, student affairs, or related outreach roles. You should also have experience building relationships with university stakeholders, student organizations, and/or community-based partners, and familiarity with recruitment and outreach tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and email campaign platforms.
As a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, you will be able to manage multiple priorities and timelines, and work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
