Description
Your mission is to make a significant contribution to the development of our customer service in the commercial area. You will be the central interface between our customers and AVL DiTEST, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth order processing.
Your Tasks:
- Independently process national and international customer orders, mainly through a ticket system, efficiently and reliably
- Handle procedures such as returns, exchanges, credits, and repairs
- Provide information on products, prices, conditions, and delivery times
- Coordinate service processing in close collaboration with the local workshop
- Record and control orders in the ERP system to ensure a smooth flow of goods
- Create internal guidelines and instructions after successful onboarding
- Create and evaluate reports, and derive measures in consultation with the management
- Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of existing processes
Your Profile:
- You have a completed commercial education, such as industrial, office, or wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable study or qualification
- You bring several years of experience in order processing and ideally professional experience in an industrial or commercial company
- You work structured and independently
- With your fluent German skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English skills, you can effectively communicate with our customers
- You are experienced in using MS Office (especially Excel) and quickly and safely work with new systems
- You have experience working with ERP systems, ideally with MS Navision
