Marketing Operations Specialist (Lead Generation)

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Services team in the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC). This role will be responsible for delivering all aspects of email demand and lead generation activities, lead nurturing, and conversion programs.

Responsibilities:

• Report on campaign performance to help marketing teams assess lead quality and persona alignment
• Summarize MQL data post-campaign and evaluate lead qualification, processing, and routing
• Coordinate with regional marketing teams to audit, clean, and enrich contact lists based on event registration requirements, ensuring accurate and targeted outreach
• Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track campaign attribution and sales follow-up effectiveness
• Monitor lead flow and system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Create detailed lead lists for event attendees to upload into CRM adhering to strict Stripe’s privacy policy
• Enrich third-party account lists using available data sources
• Assist marketing teams in setting up campaigns in Salesforce, including building UTMs
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards with attention to detail

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
• 2+ years of experience with Marketo
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with reporting/dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management best practices
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and campaign management
