Main tasks
- Support the commercial activities of Hyundai Motorsport and Genesis Magma Racing programs
- Conduct research and reporting on current industry trends, activities, strategies, and benchmarking
- Identify and analyze sponsorship and partnership prospects
- Manage commercial relationships with licensing agencies and multiple sponsorship sales agencies
- Develop relationships with potential new partners and sponsors
- Propose activation strategies for sponsor prospects as part of the sponsorship sales process
- Host sponsor prospects at events and ensure professional engagement
- Maintain accurate records and reports on all commercial activities (companies approached, discussions held, etc.)
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sports marketing, motorsport, sponsorship sales, licensing, and merchandising
- Strong skills in sponsorship sales, presentation, relationship building, and negotiation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent in English (German or French is an advantage)
