As a Hosting Receptionist I, you will be responsible for:

• Handling guest reservations, checking availability, and providing information on room rates, types, and timings
• Managing the hotel's email reservations, responding to client queries, and confirming bookings
• Welcoming clients according to the brand style, offering services, and providing information on hotel operations
• Verifying reservations, requesting personal data, and ensuring compliance with hosting laws
• Acting as the main point of contact between clients and other hotel departments, resolving issues and passing on information as needed
• Staying up-to-date on local events, entertainment, and offers to provide excellent service
• Offering and rewarding loyalty programme benefits according to guidelines
• Providing a personalised welcome to regular clients and Le Club members, offering available Soft Benefits
• Handling phone calls according to brand style, performing wake-up calls, and ensuring reception and autocontrol procedures are followed
• Attending to clients in the restaurant, bar, or convenience store as needed
• Controlling room availability, avoiding discrepancies between reservations and occupied rooms
• Closing accounts, verifying expense accuracy, and providing invoices
• Managing cash flow, controlling receipts, and performing cash register duties
• Analysing discrepancies, checking reports, and ensuring correct daily rates and segmentation
