Description
We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, International who will be responsible for designing, leading, and scaling the company's end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across the EMEA region, with a defined mandate to assume ownership of APAC hiring when business scale, complexity, and demand justify expanded regional leadership.
This role serves as the single-threaded owner for international hiring outside the Americas, in partnership with Global TA Leadership, transitioning the organization from a US-led international hiring model to a localized, globally scalable operating model.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the foundation for a unified international TA strategy
- Ownership of EMEA talent acquisition strategy, execution, and delivery
- Direct leadership of EMEA recruiting resources
- Senior TA partnership for EMEA business leaders
- EMEA hiring governance, compliance, and workforce planning
- Drive continuous improvement through data and feedback loops
- Own EMEA hiring outcomes (time-to-fill, quality, acceptance rates)
- Standardize hiring processes while enabling regional flexibility
Future:
- Gradual assumption of APAC hiring oversight as business demand increases
- Oversight of APAC recruiting strategy, delivery standards, and governance
- In partnership with Global TA Leadership, evaluation of when dedicated APAC TA leadership becomes necessary
- Development of APAC hiring playbooks leveraging EMEA operating model
- Partnership with Australia-based recruiting resources and APAC business leaders
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive TA leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading EMEA hiring at scale
- Experience managing or influencing APAC hiring preferred
- Deep understanding of international labor markets and compliance
- Proven ability to scale TA organizations across regions
- Experience in designing, implementing, and leading end-to-end international talent acquisition strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading diverse recruiting teams across international regions and time zones
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvements through data-driven decision making
- Ability to act as a single-threaded owner for international hiring, collaborating effectively with global leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and leveraging regional operating models for global expansion
- Strategic foresight and planning experience for future talent acquisition expansion into new regions
- Prior experience transitioning organizations from US-led to localized, globally scalable TA models
UK Salary Range £109,000-£144,000 GBP
